At My Vitality Coach Ltd, we help adults improve heart health, confidence, and energy through safe, evidence-based lifestyle coaching.
Many clients come to us after completing cardiac rehabilitation and want continued guidance to keep progressing. Others were never referred for rehab but know they need structure, reassurance, and motivation to make long-term changes.
Our mission is to help adults recover confidently after a heart event — or take proactive steps to prevent one through safe, sustainable lifestyle change. We translate trusted heart-health principles into practical, personalised support that fits real life.
My name is Jon Ainsworth, and I’ve spent over 25 years helping people move, feel, and live better.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of exercise and wellbeing — from teaching a wide range of group-fitness disciplines and delivering Les Mills programmes as an Advanced Instructor, to training and mentoring Nordic Walking instructors and leading exercise-referral and cardiac-rehabilitation programmes.
For many years, I delivered these alongside my specialist health-coaching work, supporting hundreds of adults across fitness clubs, community settings, and rehabilitation environments.
That combination of experience taught me that many adults — especially those managing heart disease, diabetes, or weight — need a safe, supportive, and personalised way to stay active and build confidence after formal rehab or medical care ends.
This insight became the foundation of My Vitality Coach Ltd — a trusted coaching service dedicated to helping adults take control of their heart health and overall wellbeing through structure, accountability, and expert support.

Over the years, I’ve combined scientific knowledge with real-world teaching experience to create a coaching approach that blends evidence, empathy, and practicality.
Every programme we design follows international heart-health and exercise guidelines (BACPR · ESC · AHA/ACSM · NICE) to ensure it’s both safe and effective.
That breadth of experience means you’ll always receive practical, real-world guidance built on both science and understanding.
Today, through My Vitality Coach Ltd, our team continues this mission — blending evidence-based practice with real-world experience to support adults at every stage of their heart-health journey.
Our goal is to empower adults to live better and age stronger — to move from uncertainty and fear to confidence and vitality.
Through the HEART Vitality Programme, we help clients build strength, manage stress, sleep better, improve nutrition, and achieve sustainable weight management — all while feeling safe, supported, and in control of their progress.
We work with adults who are medically stable and ready to take positive steps to improve or protect heart health — whether you’ve completed rehab, are addressing lifestyle risks such as high cholesterol, raised blood pressure, stress, or weight, or simply want to stay active and independent as you age.
All programmes align with recognised international heart-health standards (BACPR · NICE · ACSM · WHO) to ensure every plan is safe, effective, and evidence-based.
